Efficiency and clarity are key to successful events. With Syrakus 2025.10, we bring important new features to help you manage your personnel costs and external service providers even better.

Flexible Rates & Perks

From now on, you can define Rates for jobs, shifts, and assignments. Whether it’s hourly wages, flat rates, or special night shift bonuses – you have full control over the calculation of your personnel costs. These rates are directly applied to shift planning and time tracking.

Additionally, we are introducing Perks Management. You can now link extra benefits directly to jobs, increasing the attractiveness of your assignments for volunteers and staff.

Optimized Time Tracking & Employee IDs

Time tracking has been fundamentally improved:

  • Employee IDs: Assign internal IDs to team members to simplify integration with your payroll software. These IDs are also included in the data export.
  • Correction Function: Administrative users can now correct time tracking entries directly in the table.
  • CSV Export: Conveniently export your time tracking data as a CSV for your accounting or payroll.
  • BOM Support: Our CSV export now supports Byte Order Marks for better compatibility with Microsoft Excel.

External Shift Assignments

Do you work with external companies or personnel service providers? Syrakus 2.2 introduces external shift assignments. You can now manage offers, contracts, and billing for external partners directly within the system. This creates transparency and saves lengthy coordination processes via email.

Automated Notifications

To ensure no one forgets to check in, we have expanded the notification system. Users now receive automated reminders if they haven’t checked in or out within the defined grace period.
