With the 2024.10 update, we are putting the people in your organization even more at the center. We have expanded the community profile and improved the clarity of assignment planning.

Emergency Contacts and Dietary Preferences

For the safety and well-being of your crew on-site, volunteers can now store emergency contacts (ICE) and dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, allergies) directly in their profile. This information can be viewed by administrators if necessary to better plan catering and respond quickly in an emergency.

Improved Filters for Assignments

As your organization grows, the list of assignments gets longer. That’s why we have introduced new filter functions:

  • Active Assignments: Specifically filter for shifts that are currently taking place or will start shortly.
  • Status Filter: Keep track of which shifts are already fully staffed and where help is still needed.

Data Privacy through Shares

Volunteers now have full control over what data they share with which organization. Via a new sharing system, they can decide whether, for example, bank details or private contact data should be visible to a specific organization.

Performance Optimizations

In addition to the range of functions, we have fine-tuned things under the hood. The loading times of person cards and assignment lists have been significantly reduced, so you can work smoothly even with large teams.

We hope that these innovations will further facilitate collaboration in your team!
