The summer of 2022 brought SYRAKUS a major leap forward in planning efficiency. We introduced features that help you organize recurring tasks faster and define responsibilities more clearly.

Recurring Shifts (Series)

Many events have shifts that repeat daily or weekly – for example, entrance service or bar staffing at multi-day festivals. With the new recurring shifts, you no longer have to create these individually. You define the rules once (e.g., “Daily at 6:00 PM”) and SYRAKUS does the rest for you. This saves valuable time during the preparation phase.

Relative Scheduling

Shifts are often interdependent. With relative scheduling (offsets), you can now specify that a shift begins, for example, “2 hours before doors.” If the event’s door time changes, all linked shifts adjust automatically. A powerful tool for dynamic event days!

Refined Role System

Who is allowed to do what? To better answer this question in growing teams, we have fundamentally overhauled our role system. You can now assign roles like “Owner,” “Admin,” or “Member” more purposefully. This ensures greater security and clarity regarding who can access which data and change which settings.

Improved Team Management

Managing volunteers and permanent team members has been simplified. New filters and a clearer paging function help you keep track of hundreds of contacts. In addition, we have refined the invitation logic, making the status of applications and confirmations even more transparent.

We are excited to see how SYRAKUS continues to grow with these features and makes your work easier!
